Royal Air Maroc temporarily suspends flights to Bangui

(Bangui, 26 May 2026 | LAMINE MEDIA) Royal Air Maroc is temporarily suspending its flights to Bangui from 23 May to 9 June 2026. According to the Moroccan company, several flights to Africa and Europe have been temporarily suspended due to soaring fuel prices. However, the suddenness of the decision has taken passengers by surprise, particularly as RAM did not provide any prior notice of this suspension. Nevertheless, the following commercial measures have been put in place for passengers: - Free rebooking of the journey, subject to availability of seats in the same cabin, within 15 days of the date of the cancelled flight to the same destination, or a refund of the ticket via the original payment method. - Affected passengers are invited to contact Royal Air Maroc’s sales offices to obtain information regarding rebookings, refunds and travel arrangements.
